Philip Roberts is a Senior Lawyer and a Notary Public.
He is a Past President of the Gold Coast Law Association and was co-founder with the Dean of Law of Bond University of the Gold Coast Community Legal Advice Centre. Philip was a founder of Kings Christian College at Reedy Creek and Emmanuel College at Carrara.
Ms Amanda Tomlinson – Accredited Specialist (Family Law), Senior Associate, LLB (Hons)/BBus
Amanda is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in Family Law and has more than 10 years’ experience as a Lawyer practicing in Family and Estate Law.
As a Senior Associate of the firm, Amanda has assisted many clients achieve the very best outcomes available to them in these areas.
Following her completion of a dual Bachelor of Laws (Honours) / Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree, Amanda undertook a Post-Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at Bond University prior to her admission as a legal practitioner in both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2005.
Whilst Amanda has a particular interest in complex Family Law property matters, she is dedicated to achieving equitable legal solutions in all facets of both Family and Deceased Estate Law. Amanda also has extensive experience in civil litigation matters ranging from Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT)proceedings up to and including appeals to the High Court of Australia.
Amanda currently serves on the Management Committee of the Robina Community Legal Centre Inc.
Amanda is a member of the Queensland Law Society, Family Law Practitioner’s Association of Queensland, Gold Coast District Law Association and the Robina Community Legal Centre.
Ms Hannah Brand – Lawyer, LLB, GDip LP
Hannah is a Solicitor with experience in Deceased Estate Law, Commercial and Cottage Conveyancing, Civil Litigation and general property matters. Since her admission to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2014, and the High Court of Australia in 2015, Hannah has assisted the firm’s clients in these areas to reach the best commercial outcomes achievable.
Since commencing with the firm as a paralegal in 2010, Hannah has acquired many years of experience in Property and Estate matters, which enables her to provide clients with practical advice for their specific circumstances.
Hannah has a keen interest in all aspects of Property and Deceased Estate matters and is a regular volunteer at the Robina Community Legal Centre Inc.
Hannah is a member of the Queensland Law Society and the Robina Community Legal Centre.

Since joining the RobertsLaw team in 2016, Justine has embraced her multifaceted and important role as Receptionist and Paralegal at the firm. Justine graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University in 2015 and aspires to become a Family and Deceased Estates lawyer.
Ms Carol Hutton – Accounts Manager
Carol Hutton is local to the area and has practiced in accounting on the Gold Coast for 30 years. Carol is the firm’s Accounts Manager and attends to all facets of the business accounts in conjunction with Philip.
